Special Mention (Generation Kplus) — Every Winner and Nominee

Every film recognised in the Berlinale Special Mention (Generation Kplus) category in CineRoll's records: 52 films across 31 years, 52 of them winners.

The most recent winner is Not a Hero (2026); the earliest on record is Crows (1995).

The last three winners were Not a Hero (2026), Circusboy (2025) and Through Rocks and Clouds (2024).

The list is newest first. Each year shows the winner at the top, then the other nominees; a year with enough nominees links to its own page.
