26 films were recognised at the 2018 Berlin International Film Festival, across 38 categories. 26 of them took home at least one award.

The biggest winner of the year was Fortuna, with 4 awards, ahead of Bless You! with 2. The categories below run from Special Mention (Generation 14plus), Special Mention (Generation Kplus) and Audi Short Film Award to the smaller prizes, and in every one the winner is listed first, followed by the other nominees.
